Successor to the Daniel
Pratt Cotton Gin Manufactory.
Located in the heart of Alabama, Prattville is also the center
of the Cotton Gin Manufacturing Industry. Machinery designed, manufactured, sold
and delivered from the banks of the Autauga Creek literally covers the cotton
producing areas of the world. Prattville, named for the founder of our cotton
gin manufacturing company will always share in our 176 year history.
This Web Site will explore the
life and accomplishments of Daniel Pratt.
History,
folk lore, the cotton industry and
photographs.
We will also use this site
